 Pedro "Pete" Serrano passed away July 19, 2009 in Amarillo, Texas. He was born Feb. 5, 1980, in Odessa, Texas to Carlos and Maria Serrano. Even though Pete grew up without riches, he found the resources to accomplish his childhood dream of becoming someone that would bring great pride to his family. Pete graduated with honors from St. Mary's University School of Law in the Spring of 2007 and began his career as a well-respected lawyer. In a very short time, Pete made a lasting impression. He was genuine. He was considerate. He charmed everyone he met, and everyone who knew him loved him. Thank you, Pete, for your wit, your charm, and that smile that put us all at peace.
