Article and Note Submissions

The Scholar: St. Mary's Law Review on Minority Issues invites the submission of unsolicited manuscripts either through the mail or electronically.  All citations must conform to A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005).  If you require an expedited review of your Article, please specify in your original submission. 

The Scholar: St. Mary's Law Review on Minority Issues requests that contributing authors disclose any economic interests and affiliations that may influence the views expressed in submissions.

By Mail

Manuscripts submitted through the mail cannot be returned unless a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope is submitted with the manuscript. The address is:

Manuscripts may be sent by email to lawscholar@stmarytx.edu.  It is preferred that Articles and Notes be submitted in Microsoft Word format, but WordPerfect will be be accepted as well.
